"Dude, you need more than 2 wires to a condenser to run a 2 stage heatpump."

    I'd tag them.

Gas pipe not wrapped through wall (unless its sleeved can't tell)
Reg vent to close to ignition source
    Meter support broken

I've never seen a meter supported by anything but the pipe coming out of the ground and the supply piping.

That support looks like it was there when the meter was installed and now that its broken its a tag. Around here all meters are supported on the HP side. After the meter it falls under support code for piping which is every 8' for 1'' pipe.....

I think he was highlighting the LACK of access to the electrical control box on the the condenser.

    Anyway...

I think I'm fixin' to get schooled on the ways that other municipalities' CODE the installation of their residential gas meters. These pictures are of my OWN gas regulator. If this is wrong, then my entire city block of neighbors...and maybe the whole town - needs to be RED-TAGGED!:

Every place is different. Where I am at, the above pic would fail for the plug, but the original pic would pass fine.

That should not pass anywhere from a NEC standpoint. To top it off I feel sorry for the poor sap who has to weld up a major repair next to that.......and BOOM! Bubba gets rosted.
