Reason enough to go with Triangle tube boilers. At least when you call them about servicing and warranty they don't tell you you're S.O.L.

You may find it is difficult to flush the unit without the service valve kits. Navien combi has a flue gas limit switch preset at 149, but it is recommended to us higher temp cpvc venting.

I saw that barrel when at a farm up on maple rd between Litchfield and Goshen I think technically Milton.

Is that where the original gas station was? I live down the road in bantam.

Navien is a horrible company to deal with.

My opinion is totally different, I have several sites I take care of with more than 100 ch240s, I replaced a few 3 way valves and a couple of pumps and Navien has warrantied everything and overnighted the parts. I've attended their 2 day training in NJ which was informative, they gave me a service kit with every part for the boiler except heat exchangers, the biggest problem I've seen with these boilers is the install, many not piped correctly, like the one showed here, with no isolation valves how are you going to do a yearly flush on the heat exchangers?
Also none have been set up correctly on install, you're supposed to calibrate the gas and air switches with a dual monometer, I've yet to see that done correctly, maybe its just something in my neck of the woods.

We install a ton of them. We always use the navien manifold and haven't had any problems related to that yet. Biggest problems we have had with them are failed electronics and leaking heat exchangers.

I think they are a decent boiler for the cost, I wouldn't put one in my house though. I don't like combi boilers period but that's me.

Am I the only one who thinks the secondary loop is tied in wrong? I thought the boiler loop is supposed to be the primary. I also don't like pro press or zone valves, but that's just personal preference.

Piping looks correct to me. The circ for the primary is inside the boiler cabinet.
