Would it be a good idea for an hvac tech to enroll in school for an Electrician Apprenticeship license?? Please let me know if that is a good idea.

When I went to School in 96 mine was a two year course in Electrical and HVAC. That resulted in a year and a half study in Electrical and concluded in the journeyman test. Then there was six months HVAC that concluded in the EPA certification.

In my opinion, it has alot to do with your company. For example where I am now It wouldn't benefit me at all, because the company has no electrician master, so we walk away from all jobs you would need to be accredited for.
