Thanks. ~.6 tesp, running somewhere around 820cfm/ton on speed 4 of the x13. Wanted to add a supply and return so I could get to ~750ish at a lower static and speed but ho didn't want the additional $$$ to do it.

There is no nothing wrong with those numbers.
I usually like to keep the speed up on crawlspace units like that.
Yeah, the dew point should be pretty low though since it sealed and it's wrapped with r8. The insulation is still at floor level but the foundation wall is sealed not insulated though.

nice clean install. I have never seen a unit installed like that. In arizona all the air handlers are in the attic.
nice looking install.
Bad information is worse than no information at all.
There are three kinds of people in this world. Those who can count and those who can't!
Man i have a doubt.... In the picture you are using nitrogen to purge the system before vacuum of is for brazing????
Looks good. How do you sell the customer on the vapor barrier? Are the ahu's metering devises ala carte like the cased coils?
Nice looking install and the vapor barrier puts it over the top!
Don't you all purge a few pounds of nitro when you braze? I get curious when someone asks what the nitro tank is for, unless they are learning about nitro use for future jobs.
never
OK I have a question about the tubing benders. I do not do many installs so when I do break out the benders I have yet to figure out the measuring to get my ben in the right place. On 3/4 I believe I add 2 inches to my measurement but I am not sure. Could you give up some secrets on pipe size and what needs to be added or deducted to get the bend right where you want/need it?
I just bend by feel. I mark where I want the bend and then wing it from there.
If you look at the curved die of the bender you will see two lines. These mark the place where your pipe will end up when bend 90 degrees.
No emergency drain pan on crawl installs?
