    bass recipes

    I was fishing and caught a bass but thru it back because I dont know how to cook them. what is your favorite recipe.

    Corn meal and hot grease. Sometimes I'll mix cajun seasoning in the corn meal.

    I like to stuff them with a bread, green pepper and onion stuffing, wrap them in foil and put them on the barbeque until flaky.

    What Matt said. Although last time I bought a southern style seasoned corn meal. Very tasty. I also like the oil at 365-370F. A little hotter than a lot of recipes, but I think the fish cooks a little crispier and is less greasy.

    Spot tail sea bass good. Fresh water bass, not so good.

    Soak in buttermilk overnight, roll in cornmeal, deep fry....simple
