akdb2004 is see your from fairbanks. We have taken over the kodiak USCG base from CCI. If your working on network 8000 in that area I'm sure CCI had something to do with it. We have been going through the whole base that they did and cleaning up their messes. If you need any help let me know.

jfelty thanks for sharing the stuff that I gave you. Its nice to see someone else pass it on!

Controltec: Thank you for putting those manuals out there where we techs can get at them.
I've been working at a gold mine out of Fairbanks for the past 3 years and have been noting all the weird stuff the equipment (NW8k) does from season to season. CCI did the initial install and some additional expansions and upgrades (if you can call them that). The GCM controls the radiant slabs through Loop & Reset logic. Now the fun, when the target temp into the floors calls for 100 degrees, I get 150 - 160 (got that one resolved now thanks to the GCM manual). Another issue is the main airhandler for their locker rooms and it's economizer. It consistently opens 100% out side air around 8am and closes it in the evening. Even when the outside temps are -30. This is done by the MZII. Again the manual will come in handy figuring this one out.

If I get stumped, I may fire a ping your way.

    Thanks again
    Dennis

I really liked Signal software, it was easy to use.

Much better then NW8000 Host or the Invue software.

    Do you have XPSI software?
The pumps are probably connected to a Microzone II field controller. You could try resetting the controller, they are pretty bulletproof, maybe you lost a relay somewhere.

Try to get as much information as you can.

My email is in my profile if you need assistance.
