Question Tracer Summit and Windows 8

Any word on Tracer Summit and Windows 8? I have customers asking but I haven't heard anything.

Also, what's the latest service pack for V.17? I have SP 10 and SP 10 update 1 and the latest.

    Thanks,
Saving the world...one service call at a time.

Only issue listed with win8 is with graphics and drop downs shifting or cut off. Set the control panel display settings to small (100%) if this is an issue.

This can also be an issue in Windows 7.

We are looking at adding some new buildings to our current Summit system. We currently have 9 BCU's on campus. While we would like to go to a web base platform we are not getting the warm and fuzzy's about the ES platform. What is the general consensus of staying with BCU's, any major drawbacks ??

ES is a solid product, pretty expensive though.

Are the buildings you are adding already summit buildings? If you have a front end there you can supply a internet connection and remote into the PC.

You can do a mix with JACE's as well.

Yes, all are summit buildings, I do have a tenth bld with one JACE with Niagara which is tied back to summit. I just heard working with the graphics was not to user friendly or as pretty or easy to manipulate. Have a dog and pony show to go and take a look at one that is running.
