    OMG, I can't believe that someone would just close their eyes to protect them. Your eyelids are probably going to protect your eyes like a film of water. I was cutting some calk with a knife and the tip of the knife broke off and came back at me chipping out a portion of my prescription eyeglasses. Had I not been wearing those glasses, I probably would be having terrible problems with my eye.

    as I wear readers commonly called cheaters , safety glasses over my readers are a pain . found some with reader lenses set in from ULINE catalogue, and affordable as well .
