Small Controls company working in the NY city marketplace for over 10 years; seeking an HVAC Controls Technician and/or Project Engineer.

JCI experience is Preferred, but not required
At least 3 - 5 years experience working for a Controls company
Tridium experience is a plus
Extensive PC knowledge and networking principles are required
Must be capable of using various control software packages to work on devices
Electrical skills, knowledge of AC/DC circuits, limited piping and wiring
Ability to perform startups on new equipment, control panels, downloading controllers
Working with Motor Control Centers, hard-wired control circuits and safety circuits, relay logic
