No I don't know anything about this unit. Got it at auction and was hoping to get it working to use

If there is not product in your unit, start a cooling cycle with the door open without your beater in the unit and check if by soumd if the compressor start amd freezes the inside of the cylinder

Yes, Exactly, there may be a magnet on your door that prevent you from turning it one so if it doesn't start,get a refrigerator magnet and circle the door, but's its not on every model

It has a switch to turn refrigerant on I did that and still didn't do anything. I did touch the compressor and it is extremely hot

Well my diagnostic is that you are running on fumes, there is propably a leak on your unit

Hi There, I have a 99rmt and we are having an issue where the mix is constantly coming out of the Air Tube and Air Meter. We are using the bag in box system. Do you need to adjust the push pin cylinder so that the flow decreases and will this then decrease the pressure and stop the mix coming out of the air meter??

If not can you please advise how we can stop the mix coming out of the air meter. We have checked all tubing etc in the MTS system and all ok?

If you have mix comming out of your air metter this means thats you have pressured mix and air coming back from the cylinder. This also means that you probably have bubbles in your bag and the duckface inlet gasket probably comes off in your bag from your mix tube.
I would check if the rolers on your rmt pump are used or stuck, If your c-clamp under your rollers is not tight enough or dose not pivot on its axis easily , or your rmt hose is very use

You were right. the c-clamp was stuck stiff and we removed cleaned and lubricated adn now working a dream .

Hi There,

I have a query in relation to some of the parts we are using for the MTS with a BIB (Bag in Box System). We have two locations with two 99 RMT's in each location. However the parts that were supplied to each location at the time are slightly different and I am wondering if this might be affecting the overun.

In the Image for Machine B the Tube-Assy Mix Inlet is the one used when not using BIB system and the Clip Tune Retainer is also use.

In the image for Machine A we are using the Tune-Assy Pickup (Part no 117022) which is correct for BIB.

Any advice on whether we need to change the Tube-Assy in Machine B would be much appreciated.

The principal is the same the only thing that can affect your overrun is the air meter. If you have the same mix and the same airmeters the product should be exactly the same

Hi There,

We are having an issue with pressure in our 99RMT. When we are busy the ice cream is spluttering alot when dispensing and even breaking cones. How can I adjust the pressure to reduce this?
Any help would be very much appreciated?

I have a 30RMT that everyday it turns gritty and into like butter. The temperature is reading 19 degree’s. We have taken it apart put new blades, Transfer holes. What could be causing it to become gritty in less than 24 hours?
