It seems the system is over charged. I know you said you weighed in charge but factory only knows perfect duct systems. Where I work there are no perfect duct systems so you can not weigh in a charge...

I think it's easy to change a txv, don't even have to pull the coil. With Carrier when you change the coil you still have to use the old txv or buy a new one.
