Have you checked the superheat and subcooling? It almost sounds like your pushing oil out and the foam may be refrigerant boiling off?

Could it be that the txv is clogged and not able to compensate for both compressors running?

I just don't get why one compressor running on the same circuit pressures are good, start the second compressor on the same circuit and the suction dives from 60 to 30.

I was informed that another mechanic did replace the powerhead in the past and even adjusted the TXV. Sounds like maybe the TXV could be clogged if he had no luck.

DX coil is after the chilled water coil.
