Star contactor make hammer sound at first start and when we repeat start again it startup normally

my power circuit is star/delta i have fault in startup in first time in main contactor (1M) when i start chiller for normal...

after this fault we made maintenance to 1m contactor and check AUX contact and it still fault in 1M in first start

1m = main contactor in star / delta connection
