If board has a electronic digital segment display, signal will be scrambled like you see. Look in the manual and find the way to check your flame signal through the board. Is it a Lennox unit?

What about using 401A/MP39 as a drop in for 12? We would use that on older refrigeration units as a drop in with little to no problems

Do you have or does the unit require a vent after the p trap?

I'd be double checking your wiring to the fan motor and capacitor. Does this unit have 2 fan motors and both are not working?

Fix the ones you have, all the new stuff is garbage

Check your contactor(s) coil resistance. Higher resistance will cause a voltage drop back to the board. Board will lock out on 9 flash limit code.

I would also look hard at the gas valve. Disconnect valve from circuit and see if spark stays consistent. Had a few lennox rooftop units valves causing same issues.

I'd be looking real hard at the spark wire and electrode.

X2 on draft motor. Centrifugal switch could be intermittently failing to close. I would also check integrity of heat relay and limit wire/ terminal on main board.

Most likely pinhole leak on u bend. Delfied coils are notorious for leaking there in my experience. Might not see bubbles just a small foam patch devolving where leak is after a short period of time.

When I did refrigeration and food service I would run between 3 and 7 per day. A lot depended on drive time to and from and severity of problem/repair.
