    Oil Cooler Bypassed

    Hi,
    I found this compressor that has the oil cooler removed. Will oil still properly circulated with the lines for the oil cooler plugged or is that oil pump dead heading?

    The condenser coils are in pretty bad condition, very deteriorated copper....
