afcource I know what "design pressure means" !! , anyways as you mentioned checking amp draw ,split , & slow charge, I have done it many time & works great never heard back , only reason posted...
my question was it's a typical mini split unit , it should be fine to just gradually charge unit instead of recovering & factory charging unit. it's just low on freon

that deli case is old unit it broke down in the past,according to owner ,he wants to get new one soon, as a tech that does commercial air conditioning,I only charged freon what the manufacturer...

I would say high head pressure 48psi low & 340psi on the highside O.D 100°+ ,comp was pulling around 14amp rated for 9.2, they sweezed few condensers in the same erea , with no ventilation
