Is the version that has the boards in the compressor electrical box if do check those boards they can fail

Did you check the variable flow actuator and the liquid level sensor

Was the upgrade related to the service bulletin on low pressure trips

I believe all programming is stored in the mbb board so display is plug and play

What chemical are you guys using on the fill

Checked ampage on startup.Make sure compressor is not starting loaded.That could also cause issue.

Located in compressor behind oil filter
That controls oIL flow

Did you check the oil control valve in the compressor behind the filter
Also check the strainer on the oil scavenger line

I Did not power it up when not installed in the valve body

Is there any special procedure
Replaced the same exv twice and nether will work.I can feel the motor working but valve and stem don't move.Unit pumps down when loaded up

Binded new exv ok
Will not operate even when open it through tech view
