use a tube in tube water cooled condenser. on the water side have a point of use water heater and a circulator. gas side run your nitrogen.

You would most likely have to upgrade to new E-linc's. I believe the York Talk XL was a single protocol, different unit for each prototcol. JCI won't touch them just swap you out to new translaters.
