I've been doing HVAC and Controls for over 20 years and just installed a Pelican Wireless System on a building with 25 water source heat-pumps and a cooling tower/ circ pump core system....

You need to set the dip switches on the controllers. Make a list and label them all so that when you do a discovery on the supervisor you know what you're looking at.

The latest version of PCT configuration software for the field controllers allows you to set communication protocol to Bacnet or N2.

Be sure to do a database repair once in awhile. This seems to cause strange problems if not maintained properly.
