Ahu supply air 2560 ltr/s.
From the calculations of heater capacity. Heater should increase temperature upto 10'c.
But it increase only...

Chilled water supply 7'c
Environment condition- 22 g/kg. 31 c
Actual air- 9.2 g/kg, 18 c
Target- 9.2 g/kg, 22.5 c

Yes
Motorized valve is on humidity set point its set on 9.2 g/kg
But supply air temp is 18 c instead of 22.5 c

If the load of evaporator is increased then evaporative pressure and bulb pressure is also increase. Means valve upening and closing force increase togather. They cancel each other. And spring...
