I use stay brite 8 it's as good and as strong as the others with less heat. Also if you want or have to pull that valve down the road it's easier. :.02:

Not ours, first time working with them. It's the lead electrician that has an attitude. The other guys are OK.

OK here goes ... they are being changed. Turns out the contractor was not to happy with many of the electricians shenanigans. He called his boss and had him come out. They had much to talk about ......

We installed some make up air units and the electrician ran the power wiring through the duct work up to the motor. I have seen this from time to time but never had it done on equipment I will be...

You have hit on one of the things that bothers me most about supply houses these days. There was one that I would go to before any others … notice I said was. They made a change a few years back, now...

Your boss is a jerk for saying something like that. All these things go in cycles so you have survived this low cycle and are on the start of an up cycle. Hang in there.

Then you should have advised the OP to get other quotes. You should have asked for more information. Or if the guy got a written or verbal quote, what was included or stated.

It could be on a very tough roof, or there could be other problems with the system as well.

Maybe they want to replace both because the bad one when replaced will block the remaining old one, thus ... making for a really bad situation and higher cost when the time comes to replace it ......
