Sizes are the same at the air handler and condenser unit, I assume they maintain same sizes through entire run but cannot verify.

also it always seems that the leaks are always in the areas that are hard to get to or the condenser part of thr rack system due to vibration etc,.

if you cannot find a leak at the rack itself, then you would have to isolate each circuit and try to find the leak by pressurization.
