You have to run the visual logic installer when setting up in compass. Envison probably has the same process. Look in the Alerton/Envison folder for it.

Downloading is about the same. The MAP has to go through a boot cycle and then you have to connect to the WiFi and wait for that. The Bluetooth from start to finish is faster.

Map Update Tool. It is how you flash the firmware to actually get it to work. The first ones would not work with windows 10 computers. The WiFi would intermittently disconnect. It was a PITA...

Ok. I can scan trunks through the BCM either Bacnet over Ethernet or Bacnet IP. I can add them to my database and pull the Visio files out of the devices. What am I missing to view the live point...
