It was damn staple coupling on ribbon cable. One of piercing tabs bent over. Replaced coupling and binded right up.

They depend on heat of compression to heat oil. It is imparitive you have good control of your condenser water , especially on start up. Usually done with 3 way valve to bypass tower.
