The TXV won't fail right away? It will take months to fail If I didn't brazing correctly?

I use the same Mapp on Goodman, Lennox and Trane TXV and some refrigeration. I don't have any problem with other TXV.

So nitrogen is the key to protect the TXV during brazing?

Actually it is not bad. Take about 15 second to heat up the pipe and another 3 to 5 seconds to melted the rod.

I used MAP-Pro Gas to brazing.
I do protect the whole TXV with cold gal

The honeywell older model, the metal square box one.

I tried to take out the DATS wires on the board and see if the zone board is going to high cut.
Turn out the furnace itself is reaching high limit and cut off the flame.

When I open the fan motor panel at the furnace and run the 1st floor heating, it does not high limit cut.
When I closed the panel, it does high limit cut.

I tried that also, still high limit cut off.

I took out the bypass damper and make it all the way open. Then run heat on the 1st floor, then high limit cut.

It is attached with Honeywell TrueZONE Bypass Damper

It is not barometric type.
It is another Honeywell actuator attached to it.
Single stage furnace with 3 speed fan motor, not the ECM motor.
