Yes, when the boards got a little warm (significantly below designed temp threshold) the DC power supply onboard the ME812u would just quit. I got bit by several of these, all in boiler rooms.

What is the process using the Loytec router? Is there a limitation on the point count? What model board did you go with?

1) Are you using shielded cable between the CT and the controller input?

2) If yes to #1, is the shield on one end bonded to earth ground?

Are the CT's fixed or adjustable setpoint devices?

If they are adjustable, have the setpoints been set correctly? It doesn't sound like it to me, based upon the devices being tripped by noise.
