I ended up using the batch file provided by carrier tech tools and the latest version of Wire shark, worked great.
Optigo is not a front end, but a for fee service, I found to be not necessary.

Optigo has a capture tool also and they support it.
It is not free though

If all you want to is control service work, then union is the way to go; however if you want more, then my personal experience
has been to get out of the union and go for it.

This sounds like the blind leading the blind. Know the products your working with and its pretty easy to pick actuator that works without any extra crap.
