Give us a little more info, what is you primary job? Residential, commercial, refrigeration. This can help with recommendations.
You need to remove the side panel, the one nearest the gas valve typically.

You must dig deeper , you cannot find the solution with handcuffs on.
Your looking at this in reverse, first find why the chilled water pumps are shutting down, then your problem is solved.
I would guess , just a brace.
Mine has worked well, no issues in three years. I have used them for led fixture and the operation is the same.
[QUOTE=gpjazz1023;25980108]Can anyone recommend an outdoor motion sensing light that ACTUALLY works...? Problem is with the sensor. Couple new ones I purchased don't sense right. It comes on for...
Have you tried changing the setting at the stat/sensor?
If the knurled end is all the way in, clock wise, and still no pressure. it is time for a rebuild or replace.
Press the triangle near the dislike post. And ask to move the to the open chiller forum.
What issues have you seen with 4.8? I was thing of upgrading, maybe Not.
Light sabers??
Heatingman,
I also condensed my story and experiences, I can't stand to type that much. Seems most here had a passion and desire to learn more after having a taste of new mechanical things.
Circus, If you have the opportunity to move to commercial you should think about it. Never repetitive and always changing and challenging.:.02:
Lets say your motor shaft is 3/8. Locate a shaft sleeve 3/8 x 1/2. increase the inner bore of the fan to 1/2. rough up the shaft and epoxy assembly to the shaft.
I guess I should start by saying I struggled in school from the beginning all the way to high school.

This is not a true contactless meter, you have to ground one lead before it will detect voltage.
Very clean install, great layout with the area available. This is the reason I love my job. You get to be creative and get it done.
Purchase the Browning tension checker and follow the included instructions, pulley....oops, sheave alignment is the key to long belt life.

Is the adjustment under the slotted cap?[/QUOTE
You need to slightly loosen the Allen screw, and your 5/16 tube goes over...

remove the orange vent tube, to get to adjustment screw.
you may be able to adjust with the barb nut in place if not , remove it.

Don't let the after hours calls get to you, the troubleshooting is the same. Fancy electronics don't change the refrigeration process, controls are just sensors with relays. Slow down and approach it...
Tilt the new a little, to help drainage...

I only do that for family or close friends (approx 15 people). 100% of those would help me if needed.
I start in 10 days ! - what does this mean?, moving to an Amish community, so no...

You might gain enough access by just removing the exhaust louver assembly.
Used liquid Vinyl, two coats on the bottom and approx 1" up the sides, than silicone waterproofing spray everywhere else.
Google search ways to test speeds on your ecm type, then make it permanent.
Same voltage also??
Nice Job.. is the Honeywell control for the three way?
