The 3 flashes means that there is full communications. It does not act like a error code for control operation troubleshooting. You will need to extract the program and diagnose.

Did you recently try sending the ROC file?

The problem is unless you have a backup of the original job, you will be rebuilding all the displays, graphics etc. No easy way to do this without a original copy.

BTW-Key-3 serial is good up to 1.3. Serial tech keys are good to 2.6. 3.0 is software only. The biggest issue is newer pc's and laptop's no longer have serial ports to service older jobs so...

Why not send alarms directly to your phone via text?

Do you have a transfer setup, are you using a sub-routine for vav's?

What kind of controllers are in the field? Is this an ibex to bactalk conversion? What baud rate are you running at? Have you tested the comm. cables?
