I did transfer the heat sink from old motor to the new one.

Boss has ordered a new motor and cap from Aaon. We’ll see how this goes.

I am not sure. Coil has frozen up a couple of times but it is very random.

BTW, the airhandler is a Lennox CBX25-042-230-10. What stat would you guys recommend I use to replace the Nest if I can talk the owner into getting rid of it?

Quick question and I already know the Nest is a nightmare. Anyone ever have a Nest E with fan schedule turn a blower off during a Y call?
