    I'd look at an EK, epecially if you need it to make domestic hot water.

    Can be vented thru the wall, and the burner can be swapped out for a power gas burner if you ever want to switch over to nat gas or propane (I wouldn't, but you never know)
    Other than that, I would consider any triple pass boiler that either uses a Riello BF (balanced flue-similar to high efficiency gas unit venting, or is capable of direct venting-Burnham MPO, Buderus.

    Don't forget to do a proper heat loss, although usually the smallest boiler is too big.

    If you tell me your City|State and how many gallons you burned last year I could give you a pretty close estimate of heat loss.

    Oil boiler recommendations

    May be installing a new boiler. Has to be oil and side wall vent is a plus. Weil McClain Ultra?
