This past summer I've seen 2 customers buy these units. 1 a 6 top and the other a 6 top w/griddle.
The latter guy bought a 1/2" flex gas line to supply a 270,000 BTU/H oven/griddle combo.

My manager would have said because we saw it that way, we'd own it when the place burnt down, so we'd have to cap off and remove the flexi and have a plumber install appropriate manifold piping. Then call us back so we can work on the oven safely some other day. And who is going to pay for all those miles? Certainly not NSA.

It's one of their Black Diamond series of all-encompassing kitchen equipment lines Made Somewhere Else, and I saw 3 different mfgr "names" on identical units. But wait! There are domestic stocked wharehouses all ovah the USA, according to the sales pitch on youtube.

Aparently those wharehouses have only full units, no parts seem to be available.

Service, so to speak, is provided through NSA- National Service America. They must be called first before touching the thing or you won't get paid. If at all.

All service issues for Black Diamond gas units will be handled through National Service America (NSA).

National Service America will troubleshoot the problem with the caller. If there is no resolve, NSA will
contact the service company and arrange service.
ALL SERVICE CALLS MUST BE APPROVED BY NSA
•The service company will then call the end user for an appointment for service.
•The turnaround time from the first call to the service company is within hours.
•Although NSA cannot predict the schedule of a service company’s work load, NSA has found from
past experience it usually falls within a 1 to 2 day period.
•All techs that go on the job are required to call NSA once a diagnosis is made
•NSA will work with the service company to make sure all service issues are resolved

This rig is distributed and sold by Admiralcraft, yes, the old AdCraft company. It's one of their Black Diamond series of all-encompassing kitchen equipment lines Made Somewhere Else, and I saw 3 different mfgr "names" on identical units. But wait! There are domestic stocked wharehouses all ovah the USA, according to the sales pitch on youtube.

Patriot Oven,

I was called out on a inop oven. When I arrived I found that someone had already been working on this oven before me and kindly left it disassembled so that I had quick access to all the internal parts of the oven also they and attached the oven to the gas supply with 8 feet of cheap aluminum gas line ( 2 4 footers with a coupling in the middle), and didn't bother with any kind of pesky restraint cable so the oven could roll freely in and out for cleaning and service.I declined to pick up where the other service company left off but I am still curious about the control for this Patriot Oven ( another quality Chinese product). The oven had a pilot valve and thermostat in one small control ( made in Italy) with about a 6' thermocouple running from the top of the range all the way to the bottom of the oven. I checked with my parts people and they don't carry parts for Patriot so I was wondering if anyone has worked on one of these ovens and whats their reliability.
