I couldnt agree more that union is the way to go, i come from CA from local 39 and they are great. Anyway back on topic, I'm just looking for good building engineers to work at a new state of the art facility for a JLL client that has been a long time partner with the company.

Dont take it personal, I dont have a positive opinion about JLL,CBRE,CW and the rest of the so called "property management companies, I see them screw the workers big time, specially when they take over a facility not previously "managed" by a third party.

Quite a healthy saving, I'd say.

Nothing compared to NY, i went from mid 50's/hr in CA to high 30's/hr out here. Health benefits are comparable but no pension, just 401K match contributions.

JLL is a cost cutting company, they bid on facilities contracts and once they get them they hire current employees for a lot less pay and benefits, they cut the manpower down in order to maximize their profits, many times JLL has failed to deliver the promised services and lose the contracts after a year or so, when that happens the employees are left behind to the mercy of the next contract bid winner, This business model is detrimental to the workers that before were employed directly by the owners and now are forced to take a job with JLL for a lot less $$$!

Then what’s the going rate. Pay and bennies for operating engineers in Dallas?

Its a position with JLL, so the benefits are good and the pay will be competitive and based on experience.

Operating engineers needed in DFW area Texas

Hello all, i have some open jobs in the DFW area for any HVAC techs that may want to jump over to stationary work.
