    No, previous furnace was condensing, did not use chimney.

    Water heater has its own liner.

    Nice job. You did what you could to improve things.

    It's not your deal, but that pvc water piping is freaking me out a little bit. That stuff is known to get brittle and go to crap after a few years of being outside.
