The TH 8321 is the one i always installed, and so far i had no call back. i was looking for alternatives. the system was a Trane 16 SEER not communicating. i ended up installing the Pro 8000 because the customer have multiple houses and don't wanna take the risk of installing something that the customer won't be happy with. So far i like the Pro 9000 but expensive and not sure if its Alexa, google play or apple home compatible. i like the Sensi basic one, the NOT touch screen one LOL

Just purchased a couple of WR too but not wifi hopefully i won't regret it

The Pro9000 is a great unit!
We have had lots of call backs with the Nest thermostats and have since switched to the Honeywell T6 and so far so good.
is pro 9000 alexa google play and apple home kit ready ?
SENSI touchscreen look nice
