The 902FC is geared towards HVAC Techs. It is not the most expensive clamp meter. The nice thing is it has a capacitance tester. Yes, you can test a capacitor if you know voltage and amperage but it must be in the circuit and running. The tester is a nice addition.

I've heard a few people say fluke is the best, and they certainly cost a lot of money too...maybe if I find one on let go or offer up for cheap I'll get it...don't need the I flex though...thanks for the input bro

Whoops you said 374. Either way I haven't played with the app since I got the meter probably 2 years ago. I hope the improved it from what I remember it kind of sucked.

    Decent detachable amp clamp

Hey yall. I'm looking for an amp clamp that j can put on a blower motor while the door is closed and get my reading on a multimeter. I know field piece has one. Does anyone know of any other or have experience with a good one? I'm going to need to buy one soon... thanks
