What brand and model of machine? Could be a couple things. Leaking unload solenoid valve, clogged load solenoid, stuck piston, leaking wear rings on piston. Good bit of things to rule out there too determined the issue.
Another possibility could be the base plate of pre-famulated amulite surmounted by the two spurving bearings could be stuck. It’s a pretty easy fix…

Usually a little lube on the stunod Rod breaks it free... we prefer a non petroleum based stunrod knob lube. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
