Trying to find out how many lbs of refrigerant my Fujitsu Mini split needs

Hey all. First of all let me clue you in on my back ground. I have done Automotive AC units about 10 times now. Looking for leaks, recharging them, etc... I have a Fujitsu Mini-split ductless heat pump that is a AOU12RQ. It is empty(as in all the refrigerant leaked out) and I then capped it off with covers for the high and low side. I know it will take R410A refrigerant and can get 35lbs of it for about $. Since this has come down in price quite a bit I am thinking about putting in the copper pipes for it and flaring them and hooking it all up. Then I will vacuum test the unit for 24 hours to make sure it is vacuum tight. I can do all of the electrical and the control lines and the drip lines for the condensation but I am having a hard time finding out how many lbs of refrigerant I need for it. Any help would be good. It is a pretty old system that worked great for 10 years and I took it with me to the new place. I just didn't decommission it correctly.

Do you mean you just vented the existing charge?
You don’t do a vacuum test to check for leaks like you described. You’ll need a proper test.

How much refrigerant did you reclaim when you unhooked it?
