Why 31°F?

Thats going to freeze up the coil!

 

I didn’t think about that it not being a freezer and having a defrost cycle. I guess 35 degree beer do. Thanks!

I ran the Beer Box in The Garden until the Coors Light Froze at 28°F.

Me thinks the controller will go 2 degrees below set point before it opens.
35*F set point will be 33*F cutout.
I maybe wrong.
