Does anyone have experience with changing the network configuration of these controllers? I have a customer that does not have a user and password with a high enough level to change and cannot get the original installation contractor to respond.

Default credentials are usually:
user - aamuser
pass - default
This gets you into the web backend and you can usually alter network settings/IP/some bacnet settings.
Anything further usually requires Aspect studio and a license/dongle but i've not got much experience in that area as my company decided we didn't like the controllers and would rather stick a Jace in with a Cylon driver.
