Carrier Fieldloader

Hello everybody, i have an installation with several 33CSPREMLK boards controlling several rooftops. The customer wants to use the interior fans in "auto" mode.
In the service table of the 2.0 version boards I have the "ASHRAE 90.1 SUPPLY FAN" entrance, where i can choose the fan mode between "auto" and "continuos".
The problem is that in the same installation i have several 1.3 version boards that doesnt have this especific parameter.
I couldn find a similar parameter in this old 1.3 version boards.
So, looking around the internet I found that there is a software caller Fieldloader which can upgrade the board firmware.
Can anybody tell me if this software and firmware can be downloaded from a Carrier site , or if anybody has it , can be emailed to me ?? Thank you very much.

It is available from Carriers hvac-partners site with the correct access, you might want to wire in relays to cycle fan, drop me an e-mail and I can send the bulliten from Carrier.

Carrier has different access levels depending on your company. My personal access is just the basic one. My company access can access alot more.

Even with FieldLoader, you will need the specific files for the individual controller as they are seperate. You will probally need to contact your local Carrier office.

Ayrton,
Welcome to the exciting world of mfg. software upgrades. While it is a pain for controls techs I guess the flip side is that there usually is a good reason for them to rewrite their programs.
Ashrae 90.1 was revised in 2007. (I have read the hvac section - still don't understand it) but it does allow energy modeling the hvac system with supply fans in auto, instead of continuous when occupied.

Balibe is correct, if you don't have any good ccn connections probably need to get help. Before you upgrade be advised that rev 3.0 is floating around, but to my knowledge not officially released. hvacpartners.com

Ok people thank you very much , thanks to the information provided by drj controls i have learned that the 2.0 version has a bug in the "auto fan" function, and due to that, Carrier says that relays must be wired if you enable this function, so i will wait to another version to come up !! (2.0 sucks !?)

lol, here in Argentina, all Carrier people knows nothing about this kind of things, and if there were someone how knows, he is unreacheable for the common of the service people.

They are selling a lot of rooftops made in brazil, with very low quality, they have problems everywhere, in the electric parts, refrigerant leaks, indoor fans belts and bearing and condensers fans too.
