Looks like an old, old 80,000 btu furnace with a 3 ton blower.

If that's what it is a tech either wouldn't need a diagram or would make one on the job. So there's no reason to believe anyone would have one to send you.

i need to know if i can get aother unit or one that i can replace it with i would still need the schematic on this unit i am owner of building and need to place this unt

You are right, the unit can be replaced.

The newer units are physically smaller so there is no problem selecting one from your hvac contractor that will work.

Careful attention should be given to venting and combustion air requirements especially with the new machines.

Any good tech should be able to trace the wiring and draw you a schematic in a few minutes. Suggest you spend a few bucks and call a local licensed contractor. there is not much to the wiring on these old units.
