leak lock solvent?

Hi guys
A jar of Leak lock (blue thread sealant) got loose & ended up all over my set of sockets.
I've tried to scrape most of it off but not all.

Anything that would loosen or clean this stuff off would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Got any acetone handy?

I probably don't have to tell you this, but make sure you have good ventilation and no sparks or open flames or smoking.

Thanks, I'll try it (outside of course). Hate to pitch them, they've been with me a while.

I just looked at my jar. They suggest alcohol.

(probably not gin & tonic though)

I suggest don't carry it on the truck.
I call it please-leak.
I've made lots of beer money and celebrated a few G&T,
after fixing the Leak-at-the-Leak-Locked-Fitting.
If you suspect a leak and and you SEE THE BLUE, Get the H10G.

Good Luck Cleaning the Tools, but it sounds like a good job for a helper.

Yah, try alcohol. It won't clean up your socket set but you won't give a sh!t.
