Eligible for Tax Credit

Hello All,

I am not a pro but an average homeowner that just wants to be as prudent as possible. A couple weeks ago my AC compressor went bad and so I have been looking into replacing my HAVC system to take advantage of the tax credits. I was given the following configuration as a possible install but in doing some research am hesitant wether or not it is eligible for the tax credit (particularly the AC system and it being 14 seer, but it being 16 seer? It was confusing). I was wondering if someone could take a quick look and say "yes" or "no". It would greatly ease my mind! Thanks for your help!

I really appreciate it!

That combo says it is eligible for a tax credit on the ARI website.
