Open gas line and gas dryer vent

I wish I had pics but I can't figure out how to get them off my crappy koodo phone,
working on a house renovation where the house was basically being gutted someone (according to the contractor it was the homeowner)
removed the fireplace to dissconnect the gas they shut off the valve downstairs at the manifold which served about 6 appliances with 6 shutoffs 4 of which in other parts of the house and no tags anywhere keep in mind there is about 5 different trades in and out of here all the time. then they cut the line upstairs with side cutters pinched it and shoved it back down in the ceiling below... thats it...

Then there was the bbq line still hooked up dangling from the ceiling over a length of about 30 feet they just pulled it down cause it was in the way...

Then the gas dryer vent... stacked washer/dryer flexible metal comes out the vent goes up 4 feet is drops down in a sharp bend about 4 feet... then it just does a crazy run of about 10 feet does a few loops goes into a tee 1 end out the house the other comes back off the T and does a loop and looks likesomebody just stepped on it and is just open into the house...

I was at a loss for words...

If sombody can tell me how I can get pictures from my koodo phone i'll be glad to share
