    Trane XL950 stat

I have scanned all the literature that comes with the stat and I cannot find anywhere what to do with the data I retrieve from the SD card once I am done logging for a period of time.

    Any answers out there?

The card shows .slg extension I think.

The System Zone View Monitor software is required to utilize the data stored on the SD card. This is available for download to American Standard and Trane dealers through AS Dealernet or Comfortsite and further instructions can be obtained from your Field Service Representative.

It appears that I do not have access to the SZVM but rather the older WinZone (I already have that)

Hmmmmmmm.....Trane....controlling dealers.......not sharing product data in a timely and efficient manner.....??????

Is it possible to get hold of the System Zone View Monitor Tool other than from the comfortsite?

I have a comfortlinkII hooked up to the xc95m with 3 zones and keep getting SOP.004.54 alert thrown and all the zone dampers are opened and zoning is switched 'off'. I've dumped the diagnostics file and curious what info it contains.

If anyone can help I will be most grateful.

Anyone willing to share a copy or willing to look at my log file and extract the data.

    Thanks

This error indicates the discharge temperature thermistor has tripped 4 times within a one hour period. This can typically be resolved with a firmware upgrade to the XL950 control which will no longer disable zoning after 4 discharge temperature thermistor trips. The new software will trigger a sop.004.56 which will temporarily disable heating/cooling operation until the error condition clears and the discharge temperature is below the thermistor cutout. The firmware update is available on the Trane website and this action was updated in version 2.2 in March 2013.
