I'm having trouble reading it. The two relays on the bottom are 24V? Then up top, the evap fan is a 24V and then the cond. fan and both compressors are 208V coils?
try this one with pen print it up and give to a service manager or owner should be interesting....and talk to him while he is doing it

Yup! ...208V coils...ever work on a 208V single phase control panel...what a PITA

your experience is showing...... just change the coils on everything that is 208V coils but your not allowed to do any updates just to bust your "shoes"

what if the system runs on orange juice or Pepsi? is that better or worse than air and water combined or how bout if the water turns into milk or wine? thats a head scratcher.
Easy diagram was doing that when I was wondering which end is up.
