First thought was a Vortemp. ut they require a large volume of air, and much higher pressure.
When I'm indoors I use an airline respirator that pumps air through a hose from the outside to a facemask I wear. The hose is 50' long, but in the NY State winter the length won't be enough to warm the air up by itself.
So I'm wondering about heaters. The hose is the size of a garden hose, 5/8" inner diameter and it carries about 5 CFM of air. So the air is going at about 7 mph. It's rubber hose.
I would warm it in the first few feet of hose, which doesn't move around much and could stay close to an electrical outlet. Is there some kind of electrified heating blanket I could wrap around it?

That would only be 122 BTUs of heat. If all of it was transferred to the air in the hose, it would give you about 25 degree temp increase.
