With the number you show, it looked pretty good to me, maybe a little under charge. Frosting is normal.

Why do you think it's contaminated when you tell us you pulled the charge and vacuumed everything? Assuming you charged as a liquid.... Without any temps other than your pressures it would seem to me you have a restriction. Would be helpful to have a superheat number to know what the expansion valve is doing. If you have a receiver then I wouldn't worry about subcooling. Superheat would be anywhere from 6-10 for my taste but maintaining your 20 degree compressor superheat. Taking a superheat reading I bet will point you the right direction.

Not a lot to go on here, but I would pump it down and check and clean the tx screen... Could have a weak power head too.

So the cooler was walking before and now it's the freezer? Better catch them before they walk too far. I have read your posts. It's time to call a qualified tech and stop asking for free advice. If you really are a tech, you need some serious education. It seems all you do is change parts hoping for a fix. Pick up the Fundamentals of Refrigeration, which is standard text at the trade schools, and don't put it down until you learn something.

I am debating if there is a mismatch. I have collected all the info.will do a serious anylisis.
