    Problem solved.

    There was insulation in the blower compartment that was being sucked into the housing creating a low airflow condition.

    One of the previous companies I had out did a follow up call on Wednesday and said they would send someone back out (for free) since the problem wasn't fixed.

    If that's the case, your system is now overcharged with refrigerant.

    None of the companies ever put refrigerant in the system.
